Contiki Win $1,000 For A Contiki Trip Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM ET on August 22, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 22, 2023 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion contains a game of chance ("Sweepstakes").

SPONSOR: The Win $1000 For A Contiki Trip Sweepstakes is sponsored by Contiki Holidays (“Sponsor”) at 5551 Katella Avenue, Cypress California, 90630.

TERM: The Win $1000 For A Contiki Trip Sweepstakes Entry Period begins at 12:00 am PDT on August 22, 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm PDT on November 22, 2023. The promotion is run by Contiki Holidays.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age and under 35 years of age as of the start of the Promotion Period (“Entrants”). The Promotion is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Entrant must be between the ages of 18-35 at the start of travel to be awarded the prize. Employees of the Sponsor and prize provider; any promotional companies or advertising agencies participating in the promotion and employees of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries; any persons involved in the creation, development, or implementation of this promotion; and any other persons or entities directly associated with this promotion and any members of their immediate families or households are ineligible to participate. Entries for the promotion drawing must be received prior to the expiration of the promotion Entry Period. By submitting an entry, Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER: ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY. During the Promotion Period, visit www.contiki.com/activity/travel-better and complete the entry form, providing First Name, Last Name and Email Address. By entering, the Entrant accepts the sweepstakes’ Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and Sponsor reserves the right to use any information submitted by entrants. Entries must be filled out completely and legibly in order to qualify, and will be void if they are, in whole or in part, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, counterfeit, altered, or obtained through theft or fraud. No mechanically reproduced, software-generated or other automated multiple entries are permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any hardware or software (whether originating with sender or Sponsor), telephonic failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. For online entries, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry will be considered the entrant. An "authorized account holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with a winning entry. Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s). Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or the authorized account holder of an email address shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the sweepstakes.

ODDS: Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible entries received.

GRAND PRIZE/VALUE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded to the Entrant who is randomly select from all eligible entries. The grand prize is a $1,000 travel credit to use toward one of Contiki’s worldwide trips. The travel credit can be applied toward the booking which could include airfare and a travel companion’s trip cost. Any used portion will be forfeited. If the booking cost is greater than $1,000 the winner will be responsible for the difference. The winner is responsible for obtaining proper travel documentation (e.g., passports), travel insurance, meals not included in selected trip itinerary, ground transportation and all other costs, expenses and taxes that are not specifically included above. Promotion Sponsor is not responsible if winner is denied entrance into any country for any reason. No changes are permitted to reservation once confirmed or ticket has been issued.

The Prize does not include Free Time Add Ons, or any unscheduled meals. The prize is not transferable or assignable, or redeemable for cash or any other consideration, and no substitutions will be allowed. The winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes. The vacation must be booked directly with Contiki and is subject to Contiki booking policies. Trip and travel expenses and insurance are not included. Winner must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) in order to travel. Winner must get any required inoculations and/or required medical forms completed to clear them for travel (medical forms provided by prize provider prior to travel, if necessary). All expenses not specifically and expressly provided herein are the responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, airfare, taxes, and incidental charges. The prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by December 8, 2023, using the contact information provided on the entry, and the winner will have ten (10) days to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their prize. Each Entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the information included in his/her entry. If prize notifications are returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner selected from all eligible entries received.

CONDITIONS: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this promotion and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules. Each entrant acknowledges that the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use found on the www.contiki.com websites are hereby incorporated by reference and apply to the submission of entries pursuant to these Official Rules. By participating in this promotion, each entrant hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection and usage of the entrant’s personal information and acknowledges that entrant has read and accepted the above-referenced Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Contiki is in no way liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries, or acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor and its agents shall have no liability or responsibility for injuries, damages or liabilities caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or the use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the promotion and award the prize from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries due to system errors or failures or otherwise, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, bugs and/or problems; (b) technical failures of any kinds; (c) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (d) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (e) technical or human error that may occur or be encountered by Entrants in the entry process, or by the Promotion Entities in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from any Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. CHOICE OF LAW: By entering, Entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws principles. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants consent to the sole jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Orange County, California.

SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
