Circus Circus

A carnival in the middle of Vegas, Circus Circus offers an array of cheesy and zany circus acts like the trapeze, high-wire, jugglers and unicyclists. In the hotel's West tower, you will find Adventuredome, which is a mini theme park that has two rollercoasters, a bunch of rides, and mini-golf. While you might not find Hunter S Thompson's American dream here, you'll have a ripper of a time.

Landmarks

If you can't afford a round-the-world flight or to travel for the rest of your life, just get down to the strip and start ticking off those famous landmarks you've been dying to see. Start with a stroll around the famous Colloseum, then mosey around Caesar's Palace, get a view of the strip from the top of the Eiffel Tower, take a picture under the Arc de Triomph, admire the Statue of Liberty then take a short trip through Venice's winding canals. Selfie heaven!
Bellagio Fountains

Vegas' own Wonder of the World, the Bellagio fountains, are a wonderful combination of music, light and water (1,214 spritzers shooting water up to 460 feet in the air) woven together in a stunning audiovisual tapestry. A must-see for any Vegas trip.
Stratosphere

If jumping out of a plane isn't quite your cup of tea, the Stratosphere, which stands at 1149-feet high, offers the next-best views. And if the 360-degree panoramic sights of the strip aren't enough, there is also a revolving restaurant and a cocktail longue called the Jazzy. To get up there, you have to ride in one of America's fastest elevators, which can travel 108 floors in a breathtaking 37 seconds.
Golden Nugget

The swankiest hotel in Vegas, the Golden Nugget glimmers with decadence and opulence. It is named for the Hand of Faith it is home to - the world's largest gold nugget weighing a whopping 61-pounds. Their swimming pool even has a waterslide that travels through the centre of a 200,000 gallon shark tank. And if you need a drink after that rush, there is a bar in the middle of a tropical aquarium where you can get boozy with the fish.
MGM Grand

Hollywood by name and Hollywood by reputation, the MGM grand has a 45-foot tall bronze lion statue at the front, which is, like all things Vegas, the biggest in the country. Most punters head to the MGM to indulge in its Grand Pool complex, which boasts four swimming pools and a couple of whirlpools where you can either sunbathe, float around in a tube, or start smashing down yard glasses of strawberry daiquiris.
