The 23 day Europe Camping is a great tour for those who want to combine the usual stops of Paris, Amsterdam and Prague, with a few of Europe's more exotic locations. Journey through Budapest, Belgrade and Sarajevo before reaching the end of the road in Split, Croatia. Set sail for your cruise along the Dalmatian Coast including the islands of Hvar, Korcula, Mljet and Sipan. It's 7 nights of idyllic waters, unspoilt scenery and gorgeous Croatian villages to explore.

1. Day London to Paris

   A warm welcome from your Contiki Crew as we head for the White Cliffs of Dover and the Channel crossing to France. We drive past World War I battlefields to the splendour of Paris. What better way to begin than with an evening tour of the "City Of Lights"? (D)

2. Day Paris

   Visit a French perfume house and then take the opportunity to visit the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe or the Champs Elysées? Tonight, why not complete your Parisian experience with a French meal and a famous Parisian cabaret? (B)

3. Day Paris to Amsterdam

   Three countries in one day today! Leaving France, we travel through Belgium and into the Netherlands and its most famous city, Amsterdam. (B,D)

4. Day Amsterdam

   This morning why not take a bike ride through the beautiful village of Edam? Then onto Amsterdam for free time to explore famous sights such as Anne Frank's House or the Van Gogh Museum. (B)

5. Day Amsterdam to Heidelberg

   Travelling into Germany, we wind our way through the scenic Rhine Valley. A brief stop in the town of St Goar to learn how beer steins are crafted before we reach our destination for the night, Heidelberg. (B,D)

6. Day Heidelberg to Prague

   Today's journey takes us through Bohemia, into the capital of the Czech Republic, Prague. Enjoy the beautiful architecture and excellent shopping. (B,D)

7. Day Prague

   Plenty of time to enjoy all that Prague offers on your free day. Wander through the Hradcany district, see St Vitus Cathedral and the Charles Bridge, maybe indulge in a cruise along the Vltava River for lunch? As the sun sets, grab a Pilsener and settle in to one of the many restaurants for some local fare. (B)

8. Day Prague to Vienna

   Journey south to Vienna, the majestic capital of Austria. This afternoon join us for a sightseeing tour of the Burg Ring and then a chance for an evening of local culture. (B)

9. Day Vienna to Budapest

   We journey from Vienna across the Hungarian Plains to Budapest. Tonight a chance to explore this European gem. (B,D)

10. Day Budapest

    A day to fall under the spell of this jewel of the east. Magnificent views from the castle district, plenty of shopping opportunities and time to appreciate the museums of this former-Communist capital. A chance to try the local specialties for dinner tonight. (B)

11. Day Budapest to Belgrade

    Travelling south we make our way along the flat plains towards the border town of Szeged. Into Serbia, we pass the city of Novi Sad, famous for the July Exit Music Festival, before arriving at one of the oldest capitals in Europe - Belgrade. Wander through the fortress and take some time to enjoy the busy pedestrian streets. (B,D)

12. Day Belgrade to Sarajevo

    Enjoy the scenery today as we make our way to Bosnia. We travel along the picturesque Drina River valley, past vineyards and through spectacular mountain forest before arriving in Sarajevo. Time to enjoy the history, culture and architecture of this city emerging from its troubled past. (B,D)

13. Day Sarajevo to Dubrovnik

    Free time this morning, then it's on through diverse countryside and farmlands. We'll stop in the beautiful town of Mostar for lunch with time to see the 'Old Bridge' and famous neighbourhoods nearby. Later we'll cross into Croatia and make our way to Dubrovnik. (B,D)

14. Day Dubrovnik

    Today's sightseeing shows us one of Europe's most breathtaking locations and the jewel of the Croatian coastline, the picturesque walled city of Dubrovnik. In your free time enjoy this UNESCO World Heritage Site by taking a walk along the old town walls or relaxing on the beach. (B)(B,D)

15. Day Dubrovnik to Makarska via Split

    A stunning drive today along the Dalmatian Coast. We arrive in Split where we board the sailing ship. First stop on the cruise is Markarska. (B,L)

16. Day Makarska to Mljet

    Mljet is the perfect combination of unspoiled National Parkland and quaint little fishing villages. Spend your time at the Big Lake or getting to know the locals as they bring in the 'catch of the day'! (B,L)

17. Day Mljet to Dubrovnik

    We make our way back to Dubrovnik. Another chance to enjoy the city by shopping for souvenirs or enjoying a drink as the sun sets. (B,L)

18. Day Dubrovnik to Sipan

    Leaving the mainland again, it's time to visit the largest of the Elaphite islands, Sipan. (B,L)

19. Day Sipan to Korcula

    We dock at Korcula, a place famous for its mountains. Take time to meander through the enchanting main town, named after the island, where the influence of the Venetians can be seen in the churches and architecture. (B,L)

20. Day Korcula to Hvar

    Today's journey takes you to one of the Dalmatian Coast's most visited towns on the island of Hvar. Beautiful beaches and fields of scented lavender make this a special place. (B,L)

21. Day Hvar to Split via Bol

    A leisurely overnight cruise back to Split, stopping en-route to visit the town of Bol, famous for its Golden Horn beach. (B,L)

22. Day Split

    Final farewells to your new-found friends as your tour ends on arrival in Split. (B)
