Hopfgarten
A small village of little over 5000 residents nestled amongst the Alps in the Tyrol region of Austria. Some other suggestions, although not necessary - Travel pillow, chewing gum (especially for those who have ear problems during flight), book and/or ipod and one change of clothing (air lines do lose luggage occasionally)
Cafe lattes, bruchetta, chianti, gnochi, limoncella, baci chocolates, gelati, pizza, it's impossible to not try everything in Italy.
Itter was one of the nicest town's I've ever been in, absolutely gorgeous. It's a sleepy town, but on Contiki you bring your own nightlife. This was one stop I wont forget.
