1. The official costs (sanctioned by the City of Venice) is at http://www.gondolavenezia.it/storia_tariffe.asp?Pag=43 , while a map with the list of possible Stazi (Gondola stations) is at http://www.gondolieri.it/en/itinerari.php and organizing it by yourself you pay by the gondola, not by the person, so often it works out better.
