Hi, I'm Samantha! I have finally finalized my plans to visit Europe!!! I'll be in Poland for all of August and at the end of that month my friend Melissa will be joining me so we can tour Europe! We've booked our trips and these are the ones we will taking: London Paris + 2 Days Paris (Thurs., Sept. 3, 2009 - Sun., Sept. 13, 2009), Simply Italy (Sun., Sept. 13, 2009 - Thurs., Sept. 24, 2009), and The Golden Fleece (Thurs., Sept. 24, 2009 - Fri., Oct. 2, 2009). We're also considering on stopping by in Munich, Germany for the last days of Oktoberfest. If you've taken any of these tours or have booked the same tour dates as us or have any sort of travelling tips, I'd love to chat! We're really looking forward to our trip, hopefully we'll see some of you there!!!

I live in the suburbs but I was a student in Toronto for 4 years and I’d suggest to check out the Eaton Centre for shopping, or just to take a walk along Queen Street. Much Music is there so you might come across them doing interviews of bands and artists (you can usually look in the windows), or just check out the shops, or grab a crepe at Cafe Crepe (it’s a favourite hangout of mine). If you want to check out some of the nightlife you can go club hopping in the club district. One of my favourite clubs is Circa. It’s a wicked venue… Also if you go during the summer check out Dundas Square (N/E corner of the Eaton Centre) there’s always something going on there. Just thought I’d give some suggestions… Toronto is a fantastic city!

Is London the only city that has a Contiki basement?

Hi, I’ve booked the Golden Fleece tour and it says in the travel catelogue that if I require a Schengen Visa that it must be a multi entry Visa. I’m having trouble understanding this. I have a Canadian passport. Do I need any sort of visa to get into Turkey? How about England, France, Italy, Greece or Germany? And if so which Visa would cover all of those countries?
