1. I started saving a little over a year before my trip. I’m in school so I can only have one job so every paycheck I’ve been putting away roughly $200 (sometimes more). I’m nearly at the cost of the tour with six months left to spare. My parents agreed to pay for the flight and I’m borrowing $3000 for them. We already have a payment plan set up: if I give them roughly $300 a month I should have it paid off in around a year.
