Inside Sales Agents

For Anaheim, CA - USA (Open to USA Residents Only)

CONTIKI HOLIDAYS, the largest tour operator for 18 to 35 year olds, is always interested in reviewing candidates for the position of Inside Sales Agents for our Anaheim call center and for remote telecommuting positions.

Seasonal and Full Time Positional are available.

Successful candidates will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent (higher education or Travel Specialization Training Preferred)
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience (previous call center and/or travel experience preferred)
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A smile in your voice and the ability to retain and organize large volumes of changing information
• Computer literacy and be able to navigate multiple applications simultaneously including internal CRS
• Microsoft Office knowledge including Word and Excel
• The ability to maintain a high level of competency on a reservation system
• A basic knowledge of geography and international destinations
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A degree of creativity and latitude to approaching challenging situations
• Commitment to exceptional attendance and reliability, including attending a 4-week intensive training program at our corporate office in Anaheim.
