Have a walk on the Dubrovnik Zid- Walls of Dubrovnik . Its the best way to get an overview of the entire city...Have an sladoled(ice cream) in the Stradun and try to soak up the atmosphere.

If you visit the massive outdoor club Rio, also go next door to the 'Green Pardon' which is much cheaper, and has about 5 bars and three separate dance floors - all outside. Party till the sun rises!
