New Zealand tours are available as Single, twin share or quad share (all at different prices) in almost all your accommodations. The only exceptions to this is when you stay overnight on the Milford Wanderer at Milford Sound.

If you are traveling by yourself or with an uneven number of friends, you will be shared up with same sex room mates by Contiki. If you are travelling with friends, as a couple or people you want to share with, let your travel agent or Contiki know at the time of booking.

On tours in New Zealand, if you book quad share as a couple, although there may be occasions where it is possible, Contiki cannot guarantee that you will be able to share with your partner.

You are however assured of sharing a room together if you book as twin share with your partner. There are also very occasionally situations such as the Milford Wanderer where sharing a private room with your partner is not available, even if you book twin share.

If you are travelling as a couple and would like double beds (where they are available) it is best to let you travel agent know at the time of booking and then also let your Tour Manager know so they can try and organize this for you.
