Contiki Tours in Australia have a luggage restriction of 1 × 20 kilogram (44lbs) 73cm x 50cm x 25cm (29″ × 20″ × 10″) bag (non-expanding)along with 1 x carry on bag.

Metal frame backpacks, and vanity cases are not permitted as they are difficult to pack and may damage other luggage.

On tours with included flights as part of the itinerary, you’ll need to make sure your luggage doesn’t exceed the weight restrictions imposed by airlines. Contiki is not responsible for any costs incurred for overweight luggage.

  2. On my itinerary papers I just received for the Beaches and Reefs tour, it says the maximum suitcase weight is 23 KG (50 lbs) but the website here says 20 KG ( 44 lbs). Could you please advise which is accurate? The extra 6 lbs will make a huge difference in packing.
