The easiest way to travel to the Holiday Inn Potts Point in Sydney is to take the airport link rail service that departs from both the domestic and international airport terminals. After collecting your luggage you will see signs for the trains. Trains travel to Sydney Central Station then change trains for Kings Cross Station. From there walk across Victoria Street to the Holiday Inn Potts Point. The train journey costs approximately $14.80 for adults.
Alternatively, shuttle busses meet all incoming flights and will drop off at the hotel upon request (from approximately $13.00).
You can also take a taxi from the Airport to the hotel costing approximately $35-40 depending on traffic.

This hotel was in a good location. Easy walk to the city if you like walking. Otherwise the station is right next door, underground. The atmosphere and design are suburb. Staff are great and make you feel at home. Rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.plumbers Birmingham

Recent Tips
A tip for people looking for a decent coffee shop.. if you don't already know about it, you will because most Contiki travellers find out about it - its The Grasshopper. Ask a local and they should be able to tell you where to find it.
If you are doing a time out tour (staying in hotels), a travel iron/hairdryer will come in handy as many european hotels do not provide these facilities.
It's not really about the drinking, its about having a good time and meeting people from all over the world.
