Sun Studios, owned and operated by Sam Philips in the ‘50s and ‘60s, was the place where Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis all recorded their first songs, while across town the Stax Soul Museum was the studio where the likes of Sam and Dave and Booker T. and the MGs created the classic soul sounds of the ‘60s and ‘70s; both, along with the Gibson Guitar Experience (located at the FED-EX Forum), are not to be missed by anyone who has ever heard music!
Sun Studio’s in located in downtown Memphis and a visit to this historical and very cool attraction is a must for anyone visiting the city.

I went alone last summer (06). I met some wonderful people…I liked it so much, that I am going on the London + Paris trip next week (alone again).
The trolley tour of Boston, offered as an optional, is the best way to see the entire city. Take it at your own pace, but I would suggest stopping off at the USS Constitution and Fenway.
Christmas Markets in Vienna are great. Buy some mulled wine (Gluhwein in German)which is served hot and is quite spicy. The mug it comes in is yours to keep - a great souvenir -but if you don't want it return it and get your €2 deposit back (Pfand).
