The Scottish Parliament Building is now the home of the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood and was designed by Catalan architect Enric Miralles.

Only since 2004 have the Scots had their own government and the design (not to mention the cost) of the building is a controversial topic with the Scots who either love or hate the new seat of their Parliament.

The Scottish Parliament Building sits along the Royal Mile in Edinburgh, Scotland.
