The famed Berlin Love Parade has been a sporadic event of late but is testament to the party culture of the big cities of Germany like Berlin and Munich who host an almost endless mix of pubs, clubs, beer gardens and halls while the smaller towns can also be deceptive as anything can happen as the beer, wine and shots of Jagermeister start to flow.

Some other suggestions, although not necessary - Travel pillow, chewing gum (especially for those who have ear problems during flight), book and/or ipod and one change of clothing (air lines do lose luggage occasionally)
I'm a Bondi local...it is always packed with people...if you're looking for a more chilled beach hang out, check out Tamarama, Coogee or Bronte beach, all 5-10mins from Bondi.
I bought a high sierra duffel bag - it has a zip down panel on the back and you can pull out the back pack straps…I also have a laptop back pack…
