On the surface Florence appears to be all about art and history but you don’t have to scratch very hard below the surface to find some big nights out almost every night of the week. Most travellers who are out to party in Europe can’t resist the lure of a fun night out on the town in this Italian renaissance city.
The Red Garter is a small bar just of the edge of Piazza Santa Croce home to live music every night of the week and is a great place to watch major sporting events. The cocktail happy hour is not to be missed while Space Electronic Discoteque is the largest nightclub in the city with most Contiki Tours offering discounted entry to this late night party venue.
