Need to take a flight within the USA before or after your tour?
The USA is a huge country and one of the best ways to travel between cities that are a long way away from each other is to take a flight. Flights are generally affordable and can save you a lot of time.
Jet Blue is a great budget airline that flies some very popular routes.
There are however a great many domestic airlines within the USA and there are a number of sites that find flights and the best deals for you.
Be sure to check the booking terms and conditions, particularly the luggage allowances on these airlines websites before booking as they may vary to long haul international flights.

The sites you mention are okay, but the site www.momondo.com finds lower prices than any of the ones you mention. :P Just thought I’d let you know. ;D

Be wary of gladiators outside the colosseum. They don't take photos for free and can be quite agressive about their payment. Also don't be fooled into taking an unlicensed guided tour of the Colosseum either....
Cafe lattes, bruchetta, chianti, gnochi, limoncella, baci chocolates, gelati, pizza, it's impossible to not try everything in Italy.
For a great view of the city (especially at night) go to the top of the Eiffel Tower at Paris. It also offers a great vantage point for viewing the water show at the Bellagio.
