Optional activities are booked and paid for through your Tour Manager once you are on tour.

Every Tour Manager in Europe has their own style when it comes to collecting payment for optional activities but payments can only be made in local currency cash to your Tour Manager. Unfortunately credit cards cannot be accepted on our European Tours.

  3. So does that mean that if we have Travelers Checks in Euros for the excursions we’re looking to do in Europe, we can pay our Tour Manager for our planned excursions with the Euro denominated Travelers Checks?

  4. Do you have to pick and pay right at the start of your tour or are you reminded of the optional extras and to pay at each destination?

  5. Has anyone used the travel vouchers? I got four $25 vouchers but it says if the excursion is less than $25 I don’t get change back.
