Dubrovnik old town classic pic

The historic fortress town of Dubrovnik is perched on a rocky outcrop jutting into the Adriatic Sea on the crystal clear waters of the Dalmatian Coast, Croatia.

A hidden gem of the touring world for many years, the town has shot to prominence over the past decade to become one of the worlds most desirable sea-side holiday locations and is well known as the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’.

The clear water along the coast reveals shades of blue and green that have to be experienced to be understood while the winding, steep, totally pedestrianised streets of the Old Town create a cool, totally relaxed atmosphere.

A cruise off the coast of Dubrovnik is offered as an optional excursion on tours visiting the city.

  1. Have a walk on the Dubrovnik Zid- Walls of Dubrovnik . Its the best way to get an overview of the entire city.
Have an sladoled(ice cream) in the Stradun and try to soak up the atmosphere.
Great base for sailing through the Adriatic as well

  2. Visit the ‘Cool Drinks’ bar just outside the city walls. You sit right above the sea – the view is amazing.
