You can’t go to Sydney without a visit to Bondi Beach. Whether you’re into swimming, surfing or having a cold beer by the water, Bondi Beach is the place to be. There’s a tonne of surfwear shops for those in need of retail therapy and the people watching is out of this world.
If you’re in Sydney for a weekend, schedule your visit to Bondi for a Sunday when the Bondi Markets operate – they’re great for picking up cheap jewelry and clothes.
Getting There
A taxi from the city costs roughly $20 or the 380 bus from Liverpool Street is much cheaper.

Recent Tips
For a great view of the city (especially at night) go to the top of the Eiffel Tower at Paris. It also offers a great vantage point for viewing the water show at the Bellagio.
Make sure you try currywurst in Germany. It's basically a hot dog with tomato sauce (ketchup) and curry powder. Tastes brilliant and only costs 1 or 2 Euro.
My best advice is to step outside your comfort zone and make an effort to talk to EVERYONE on tour. I made friends from 6 continents on the one tour!!!
