Favorite travel memory
I bartended in a teensy outback town called Longreach, Australia for a few months when I was 22. I loved every moment of it – meeting the ranchers, joining the rugby team, going up in a mail plane, horseback riding, etc.
What other profession would you attempt if you weren’t a tour manager?
I’d like to be a Spanish explorer, an Alaskan Crab Fisherman or a San Francisco Color Consultant.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Above Des Barras Pub in Clonakilty, Ireland. I saw Noel Redding, the bassist for the Jimi Hendrix Experience play there once. I bought him a drink…mostly so I could say I bought a rock star a drink.
